Long Acting Naltrexone and Anti-Psychotic Drugs Administration

dripping hypodermic needleThis medication administration instructional program is designed to teach proper intramuscular (IM) injection technique. A video demonstration is provided to accompany the lecture.  Long acting Naltrexone and antipsychotic drug administration are discussed in detail including patient counseling information, contraindications, and special considerations. This program meets the non-vaccine injection training requirements for the state of Wisconsin.  Pharmacists who have completed vaccine training and this program will be able to perform IM injections.Pharmacy Society of WI logo
