Responsibility of the Division of Pharmacy Professional Development (DPPD) in the event of Program Cancellation
In the event DPPD cancels/postpones a program within 14 days of the date of the event, DPPD will work with the paid/confirmed registrant to provide appropriate compensation involving actual costs associated with airline and/or hotel cancellation fees incurred as a direct result of the event cancellation. No compensation will be provided in the event a program is cancelled/postponed due to reasons beyond the control of DPPD (e.g., force of nature, labor union, damage to venue, etc.).
