I forgot my username or password

Click on the Login button on the home page.

Click on "Forgotten your username or password?"

We recommend Search by email address, enter email address your account is associated with and click "search".

If you supplied a correct username or email address then an email should have been sent to you.

It contains easy instructions to confirm and complete this password change.

How do I change my password?

1. Look in the upper right hand corner of your screen. You should see an area of text that reads, "You are logged in as 'Your Name' (logout)".

Click on your name, and you will be taken to your user profile page

2. On your user profile page, find the left navigational column labled "Settings."  Expand the "My profile settings" section and click on "Change password."  You will be prompted to re-enter your current password, and then enter a new password twice. 

Click "Save changes" to ensure that your new password will take effect.

Next time you log-in you will use your new password.

How do I add my NABP e-profile ID and PIN number?

In order to receive CE credit for completion of any of our programs, we must have your NABP e-profile ID and PIN number on file.

To add your e-profile ID and PIN to your online account, you must first login. Then look in the upper right hand corner of your screen. You should see an area of text that reads, "You are logged in as 'Your Name' (logout)".

Click on your name, and you will be taken to your user profile page When you arrive at your user profile page, click on the "Edit profile" link located in the "Settings" box in the left navigation bar.

 

*Note: If you are logging in and registering for a course, you will have an opportunity at that time to update your profile, including your NABP e-profile ID and PIN.

2. You will be taken to the "My profile settings" page. 

Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page.  The very last section on the page includes fields where you can enter your PIN (month of birth / day of birth) and your NABP e-Profile ID.

Make sure to hit "Update profile" after you have updated your information.
