Pharmacy Innovations Conference on Antithrombotic Therapy (PICAT) Enduring

This program is designed to provide pharmacists with current information on antithrombotic therapies and to increase their knowledge and skills required to promote the appropriate management of patients. This year includes a discussion of antithrombotics therapy affected by COVID-19.
