Intended Audience
This program is appropriate for pharmacists practicing in community, hospital, ambulatory care, managed care, and long term care settings.
Conference Fees
$35
$20 for Clinical Instructors
The fee includes instruction, webconference and teleconference fees, pharmacy accreditation (1.5 hours of continuing education credit, 0.15 CEU’s) processing for successful completion of the program. Requests for refunds, less a $10 administrative fee, will be honored if received prior to April 1. After that date, no refunds will be provided. Make check payable to the University of Wisconsin.
Clinical Instructors for selected UW School of Pharmacy experiential programs (i.e., 740, 741 & 760) and Clinical Instructors who provide at least six lecture/discussion hours for School of Pharmacy courses may qualify for waiver of instructional fees for selected CE courses offered by Extension Services in Pharmacy. YOU MUST REGISTER BY PHONE and payment is required ($20). Call 608-262-3130 regarding eligibility, clarification, or registration procedures related to this reduced fee. Registration as a Clinical Instructor for this reduced fee is not available on-line, please call to register.

Continuing Education Credit
This knowledge-based program is approved for 1.5 hours or 0.15 continuing education units (CEUs). Pharmacists will be required to complete a program evaluation online. Statements of credit for continuing pharmacy education participation will be available for printing upon successful completion of both the evaluation. Extension Services in Pharmacy at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Pharmacy is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education.
